What Should an Event Venue Contract Include?

An event venue contract should list both parties, the date, the exact room, start and end times including setup and cleanup, guest count, every fee (rental, minimums, service charge, tax, overtime), what is included, outside-vendor and alcohol rules, the deposit and payment schedule, cancellation, rescheduling and weather terms, insurance requirements and the damage-deposit rules.
